COMMENTS
man, this band is terrible. also, did they film this in a factory that just makes sparks or something?
Actually this band is fucking epic. Listen to Horror Show (based on horror movie/book characters) or Something Wicked This Way Comes (awesome concept about umm, something wicked, I forget) or Dark Saga (based on the Spawn comics) and tell me that shit isn’t the most epic fucking metal you’ve ever heard.
I’ve been patiently waiting for this band to come to Sacramento for about a decade now. I lost interest a bit when Matt Barstow left and Tim Owens took over, but I still would’ve gone to a show. I guess the market just isn’t fit for the Iced Earth niche, however, so someday I’m going to need to will myself into driving 2 hours into SF. Or just move there.
Seriously, if you haven’t heard this band before, check out these masterpieces before you dive into this new stuff: “A Question of Heaven”, “Dante’s Inferno”, “Wolf”, “Dracula”, and of course the old-school “The Hunter”. You won’t be sorry.
not that bad actually!
Iced Earth has never stopped being amazing, and Dystopia is already one of their best albums.
