The Empire Shall Fall Debut New Song “As The City Sleeps”, Band Frontman Working On Solo Project
The Empire Shall Fall‘s brand new track “As The City Sleeps” is now available for streaming through the bands Facebook (‘like’ required.) The song comes from the bands upcoming new EP “Volume I: Solar Plexus“, which is due out in the coming months.
On a related note, band frontman Jesse Leach (also of Times Of Grace) continues to make progress with his new solo effort. Here’s what he recently had to offer on the project and his other happenings via his Twitter:
“4 demos/ideas semi complete for my solo record. Landed 2 DJ gigs in NYC, new EP for TESF done. My new job is going quite well. I am Thankful”

so that is how many bands for jesse now? this man needs to put focus on atleast one band for atleast a year!

I like it but honestly I think a lot of the hype surrounding their first release was the mere fact that Jesse was screaming again. This is good but I definitely don’t enjoy it as much as Times of Grace.
Oh, and rocking use of the sax…really caught me off guard. Definitely dig it.
