The Dreaming To Release New Album “Puppet” In November

The Dreaming (ex-Stabbing Westward/Murderdolls) have signed with Ephocal Artist Records/EMI and will release their new album “Puppet” through the label on November 01st. Speaking on the band, frontman Christopher Hall offered:

“After the death of Stabbing Westward, Johnny and I immediately put all our heart and soul into The Dreaming. We spent a lot of time working on our songs and live show in hopes that we would find the right team to get behind this band. After several years bouncing between managers and potential labels, we found a proper home with Epochal Artists Records. Epochal Artists Records understood what we were trying to do, they believe in our music and they are ready to work our album for the long haul. I am so proud to be the first release on E.A.R and so excited to be releasing ‘Puppet‘ with them at the helm.”

Their first album was pretty meat and potatoes hard rock. Kinda like Papa Roach merged with Stabbing Westward. I’d rather just have a SW reunion than another lukewarm Dreaming record. Even if they go the Bush/Filter route and only have 1 or 2 original members left, I’d be sound as a pound. I just wanna hear the sound of Darkest Days or Wither Blister Burn + Peel again.
