Faith No More To Perform Entire “King For A Day…” Album At Chile’s “Maquinara Festival”

Faith No More‘s upcoming set at the “Maquinara Festival” in Santiago, Chile on November 12th will be a rather special event. The band will perform their album 1995 album “King For A Day… Fool For A Lifetime” in its entirety at the festival, complete with Trey Spruance on guitar.

The news has been confirmed by both band bassist Billy Gould and keyboardist Roddy Bottum.

      why cant we get a good faith no more tour, i dont live in chili austraila or california, i dont think they play anywhere else besides those type of areas!

      Wow! What a treat. Chileans (and other South Americans) must pay up the nose for tickets if they frequent that area over anywhere in the states. This is by far their best sounding album. *shrugs* I saw them in ’97 on the Album of the Year tour. I’d take FNM 14 years ago than FNM today. Man, they smoked!

        Edit to say that I thought it read “Macarena Festival.” Meanwhile, if Spruance and Patton bury the hatchet I think a Mr. Bungle reunion *shrug* might be imminent. They didn’t have an Epic or Midlife Crisis to warrant such a demand though :/

      Dammit!! I don’t even *shrugs* have a passport! Wow… what a great idea. I hope they release this as a DVD at least. Such a great idea. Dammit!!
