The WWE Highlight Their “Most Metal Entrances”
The WWE recently posted a feature spotlighting the “Most Metal Entrances” of their wrestlers throughout the years. Killswitch Engage, Motorhead and more are among the numerous artists showcased in the article, which can be found over at WWE.com. I’m guessing the DX Theme is being saved for the “Most Nu-Metal Entrances” feature alongside The Undertaker and Limp Bizkit.

WWE needs to check their facts, it wasn’t anthrax that wrote that song “Thorn in your eye” which was the raw is war theme, it was:
Vocals: Michel Begeame and Olli Schneider (Such a Surge) (on “Thorn in Your Eye”)
Guitar: Scott Ian (Anthrax)
Guitar: Kenny Hickey (Type O Negative)
Bass: Gary Meskil (Crumbsuckers/Pro Pain)
Drums: Tim Mallare (Overkill)

What? No Maylene and the Sons of Disaster? Fuck this list.
I wiki’d some of their albums/songs. Maylene for sure, Disturbed’s Stone Cold (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sa-InpeDb-c), and Breaking Point’s RVD (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bO5BAujCbk) – those are ones I remember being used from back in the day.
What’s this awaiting moderation bullshit?
The Jericho/Show tag team was rather short-lived, plus the song is basically some sort of “mashup” of the songs of both guys – that’s my guess as to why Maylene isn’t included in the list. RVD is now in rival company TNA, hence why there won’t be any mention to him if they can avoid it. And Disturbed… They suck, so why bother mentioning them?
As much as I don’t like Disturbed their Stone cold entrance sng was a decent song. probably the best song that Disturbed ever made.
yea… legion used iron man in NWA not WWE… this mitch character needs to get his pecker caught in a fork lift mast
stripped down hard rock songs designed for cavemen with the idea of making a quick buck, and tough guys in speedos!!!!!! metal is alive and well!!!!!!!!!!
Black Sabbath an honorable mention. Alterbridge and Saliva in the top 5. Enough said.
