Will he ever swallow his pride and go back to KoRn ? That’s where he belongs. He’s nothing without them, and vice-versa.

I doubt it though : he’s bankrupt, but his ego is still as strong as ever.

From what I understand, Fieldy has been wanting him back since mid 2009. The problem is Munky and Jon don’t seem to agree (they probably feel Head will be a control freak and forbid somecontroversial subjects due to his religious beliefs)

As @chtimixeur pointed out, Head has really done nothing worthwhile since leaving Korn, And the same could be said about Korn.

Can’t say I wouldn’t be curious to hear the music they would make if Head was to re-join but I honestly think they all need to just pack it in. In my personal opinion tho, Korn has been tapped of all creativity and REAL anger and emotions for well over a decade. They’ve basically been a band just “going through the motions” for far too long.

They’re LITERALLY tapped out of any idea’s of their own. Hence the bandwagon jumping to the trendiest (and most overly hyped) style of music they could possibly pick…Dubstep.

This band had it’s time and place and that time and place is NOT 2011.

And this is coming from an OLD SCHOOL Korn fan, Not just some “hater”.

Been into this band since I saw them open for Danzig and Marylyn Manson (lol) in like 93-94. But it is what it is, They’re just not exciting to me at all anymore and haven’t been for awhile.

Same here. They had something amazing going on from 1994 to 1999. Head was too methed-up on Untouchables and TALITM, so those albums don’t really count in my book, and since his departure, it’s been a slow downhill for KoRn. Even live, they sound terrible these days : Fieldy seems bored, Munky’s guitar tone is awful, the songs are sped up AND rushed, and I still think Ray Luzier’s more technical drum playing doesn’t fit koRn’s vibe at all. Overall, KoRn isn’t a tight sounding band anymore.

On the other hand, Head’s album was very solid instrumentally. It sounded like early 2000′s KoRn material, but the vocals were bad. Head is NO frontman and he has no vocal range at all, but he still knows how to make good songs.

Like I said earlier, they both need each other artistically, whether they admit it or not. Sooner or later, a reunion will happen, probably for the wrong reasons, and no one will care because it will be too late. They should forget egos, let bygones be bygones, and rock together again.

In my opinion Head’s album is better than anything korn has released since his departure. had high hopes for the ross robinson album, but meh.. “take a look in the mirror” was far heavier, better inspired and produced than Korn III. just look at those lazy stupid side-projects they have now, it seems only jon davis has some brain left of those three.

    • @ chtimixeur, if Brain head welch says no to you, are you gonna ask him the same question over and over, because i think you would turn out to be a jackass. he has given it up, accepted it and move on.
