I still have a soft spot for the first two Project 86 records from my middle school heydays. I hate it that their touring options have sunken so low.
nicely put Will. didnt like anything after Truthless Heros. just wasnt the same after that. could have been a GREAT band if they followed in the footsteps of Drawing Black Lines. but i say that about a lot of bands that started up around the nu-metal days. once nu-metal wasnt “in” anymore, 95% of the bands took a fat shit.
so I actually listened to some of Heads work. it’s obvious where the song writing talent for Korn was.
true onedefiance. and furthermore, I believe Project were in such a hurry to leave that rap metal tag that they would have followed in anyone’s (style) footsteps. no matter how deep and wide.
those suckers from P86 should finally come over to Europe
@Afghanistam too bad his solo stuff is total garbage, and it’s all “I’m religious so I’m better than you”
yeah, well fortunately for me i’ve accepted that people like that are just a part of this world. and i’ve gotten over it. they’re still pricks. but i’ve gotten over it.
@Afghanistam What songwriting?
“FLUSH! All the puke I’m throwing up!” *insert stale, recycled Adema-esque riff*
P86 still make good tunes. Give ‘em a chance.
