Original Master Reissue Of Nine Inch Nails’ “Pretty Hate Machine” Due In July
A new reissue of the original master of Nine Inch Nails‘ “Pretty Hate Machine” is being prepped for a July 12th release date through The Null Corporation. The outing will be made available on both CD and on vinyl. The new reissue follows the remastered edition of the album which arrived in stores late last year.

WTF is the difference between the one we bought last year and this one now? No Thanka Mr. Reznor. I’ve bought that CD 3 times in my life now.
The one last year is the remastered version. This is one is a reissue of the original recording not remastered. Original copies of PHM aren’t particularly hard to get ahold of these days but the album has been out of print for a bit now.
I had no idea it was even out of print. And I’m a really really big NIN fan. A new record would be slightly more enthralling than this.
Double Dip, Triple Dip? No thank you.
Actually, no, this isn’t true.

Rob Sheridan, Trent’s right hand man:
“No one on our end knows what those reports are talking about. No PHM release plans from Null.”
I just double checked, it’s still on UMe’s release schedule, perhaps UMe and Bicycle Music are pulling another TVT on ol Trent, but Null is listed as the label.
