Marilyn Manson Teases New Material

Marilyn Manson has made a teaser of what he describes as an “excerpt form an undisclosed song with an unreleased title” online below. What may be some more insight into the song (the video clip for which was seemingly titled “I Am Among No One”) can be found over at Marilynmanson.com.

    • Been a huge manson fan since ’94, one of my first concerts was on the “Antichrist Superstar” tour, He was a lot scarier back then, but it may just be that people are more de-sensitized these days. I’m looking forward to this album. The first album back with Twiggy seemed rushed and a little scattered, but had enough elements to make me excited for this one. By taking more time, I believe you’ll get a more focused effort this time around.

    • Personally, I like Mechanical Animals and the Golden Age of Grotesque the most, but I did not mind The High End of Low. I am eager to hear stuff from this upcoming album.

    • Was hoping for more of an “Antichrist Superstar” sound. Stop beating the dead horse (Dead Horse = Eat Me, Drink Me and High End of Low). Is he too old to be screaming his head off?

Much as I was obsessed w/ Antichristsuperstar back in the day I got much more than personal reasons for thinking of manson as the type o’ guy I’d pay top dollar for 5 minutes alone with(dishing out punishment to this future child molester) he hasn’t recorded anything relevant since ’97. Maybe with the exception of his die-hard fan-base’s opinion…. Just stay in the church o’ Satan n suck yer own balls! Sorry that was the most cognitive response yer gonna get from me in referrence to this sockucker.

I saw Manson in ’04, and he put on one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Huge crazy stage show, everything sounded high quality, awesome charisma and stage presence.

Saw him again in ’09…one of the worst live shows I’ve ever seen. Zero charisma, no stage show other than lights, sloppily played and delivered. Made me not care less if he released anything ever again.

I’m willing to hear this album and form an opinion, but I honestly think it’s been all downhill since Golden Age.

    • Hmmm… I enjoy Golden Age of Grotesque much more than Mechanical…. Hmmm… Nevertheless, I love how he is always striving to be creative and give us something new. Unlike 90% of all other bands.
