    • good time to live down under. also, based on the praise of some (surly) I bought Thurday’s new record. oh god! how this band has just renewed my faith in their “badassness.” I was hating, but I put my foot in my mouth now. awesome stuff.

The new Thursday is good, indeed. I like the direction they’ve found. Watching bands such as Thursday, Thrice and Brand New transform of the years has been really enjoyable. Always interesting to see what they do next.

    • @ grantbrochill. I agree
@ Natemare. I liked (sorta) D.C. originally because emo was in it’s early “heyday” right before the man cashed that cow in. however, I can’t stand them/him now. been that way for some time. bring back original Further Seems Forever and you got a deal. imagine FSF and Van Halen. schwing!

The original FSF lineup has gotten back together recently, I think. It’d be super awesome if they made new music. If not, seeing them perform “The Moon Is Down” would be pretty great, too.

    • FSF with Jason or no go. Jason Gleason is one of my all time favorite vocalists. Especially with Affinity. As for Dashboard, I still like some of it. Chris does a pretty amazing cover of Overkill by Men At Work.
