    booooooooooooooooooooooooooo….. awful

  • Rhinoron

Funny – that’s the same review I gave your mum last night.

  • INeverWanted.

    ^ LMAO

  • asamo3001

I liked “Walking Away” and “Why Try” but not really digging this one. Still it’s gonna be nice to hear something different again than all the metalcore, thrash music that’s in the mainstream right now.

  • IzzyMusik

WOW! Fred went back in and recorded new vox!!! Still Sux and way to jump on the rollin weed train like everyone else that raps. At least they rap well and have a better message. WHY WES WHY!!!!!

  • Livedefflo

this is actually a breath of fresh air except for the typical weed rappin’ which has been run into the ground by numerous hiphop morons who can’t come up with anything better. Not a bad track so far though.

  • http://livingwellisthebestwhat.blogspot.com Obi-Juan Valdez

Fred Durst, you were THIS FUCKING CLOSE to ruining weed for me. Don’t ever pull that shit again.

  • RxInfection

I think anyone who considers this shit “a breath a fresh air” should go back into the trunk they were previously locked in and fucking stay there. You could have showed me this shit and claimed a B-side from any of their old shit and I wouldn’t have known any different. “Hey are those hammerpants? What a breath of fresh air!” Fucking idiots. This shit is terrible, and it’s BLATANTLY obvious how disgustingly awful it is, and I did all I could to not do the obvious thing and call it that, but fuck, you managed to pull me out of my cave. I’m going to go listen to a real band who isn’t stuck in a Delorean with the doors welded shut and the dial locked on 1999.

  • RhiNo

I read Infection’s comment and laughed and thought….”He must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning”…. then I listened to the snippet…. A breath of fresh air? I don’t see that. Would I rather listen to this or Rebecca Black”s “Friday”? This is pretty horrible. If I get a fortune cookie today that implies I should commit suicide, I know why. Bizkit is making crap again…

  • Lifeseclipse

I hate this band, but I click and listen to this awful shit for one good reason. When I hard how much they still suck, it makes me laugh that somewhere out there, there is someone so stupid, they think it’s a good idea to have LB make more music. And then when I drop something, or trip and fall, or get a question wrong playing Jeopardy at home, I laugh and remind myself, “At least I’m not THAT one guy”. And then I feel better.

  • Lifeseclipse

Aww shit I meant heard, not hard. Oh well, at least I’m not that one guy.

  • Wonka23

I’m so glad the new album is almost upon us. You haters will have something to live for! Yes I back the comment that this is a breath of fresh air. Music is stale and dull. Bizkit is back to change it.

  • duggus

“Bizkit is back to change it.” ^ THERE IS THAT GUY!!!!!!!!

  • wearesorta138

You crazy chitlens and your fascination with Limp Bisquick, well, it’s just delightful! Stay young and unaware, I say. I unfortunately was unable to do so and it lead to being unable to leave my brain at the door and enjoy a song about Sharks or if I should or should not do it for the nookie.

  • Weird_White_Dude

I wonder if Durst is gonna bring back Staind.

    “Feelin’ those lighters, yo.”

  • allichs

yup, Staind is gonna release a new album this year too. I think they’ve already recorded it

  • shnk666

It’s good to know that some things don’t change at all, like Limp Dick’s music! Looks like Wes Borland ran out of money (must have spent it all on action figures and Star Wars memorabilia) and misses the days when he had no integrity but a fat wallet. Let’s face it, they’re all in need of a paycheck. So, back to the formula that made them rich! But didn’t that little EP they put out a few years ago only sell like 33K copies?? I guess they’re hoping to rebuild their fortunes off their die- hard fans by regurgitating the same nu-metal rap/rock bullshit. I agree with RxInfections assessment whole-heartedly!

  • bwownbwead

@Weird_White_Dude – Hahahahaha, forgot about that line. Cheesier than Hetfield.

  • Boin

I had to do it, after surfing theprp for yearrrsss i’ve made an account. I gotta address all these haters. Look, what one person listens to doesnt mean another person will like it, the same goes for your music. I’m glad we live in a diverse world, where no one listens to the same shit, and everyone is entitled to their opinions. However, dispite the hate, there are facts, limp bizkit set milestones, limp bizkit was very successful, limp bizkit made lots of money, limp bizkit has done more then alot of the bands who get posted here on theprp. Either you like em or you dont like em, doesn’t matter, they will get support from those who like their music regardless of what you cry about. So you little music nazis can keep stomping the floor, because let me remind you were not living in your world, and thank god for that. Dont forget hate keeps people in the light, and people get successful off it, so try a new strategy pussy’s.

  • http://www.facebook.com/built.to.grind American_Natemare

There’s a difference between setting milestones and writing generic music for the masses of fat dudes in JNCO jeans to lap up. As for making more money and being more successful, I don’t think bands like Converge and Wolves In The Throne Room the like would play the music they play if they were just in it for money. As for everyone listening to diverse music, I agree. Shit would be boring without diversity. But that is not stopping from the dudes sticking up for Limp Bizkit from going to threads for bands like Red Fang and bitching about them because they don’t think it’s 1998 anymore. So, in conclusion: People are going to “be hatin” on bands the don’t like, money and success does not equate to greatness, and pussys should have been pussies.

  • RxInfection

@Boin: The Jonas Brothers play instruments. set milestones, are very successful and make lots of money, and they are utter and complete dogshit claiming to be music. Your argument is pointless. I hear the same shit come out of Linkin Park and Avenged Sevenfold fans “They make money, they have tons of fans, they sell tons of albums”, doesn’t mean a goddamn thing when you are talking the quality and originality of the music. Limp Bizkit is fucking terrible, a relic of the past that should have been buried and long forgotten. And most of that loyal fanbase was too immature or ignorant to know any better, and now that they do, it’s a fair guess the new album will flop like everything else they’ve done since their popularity fell out years ago.

  • Boin

I agree money doesnt mean music is quality, we see alot of that today with the mainstream crap for sure. I can also agree that LB’s lyrics on every album are nothing to what their first album was. I can also say that the lyrics can be said to be lacking. Although Im not 100% for the lyrics, what im hearing on these songs currently that I like is alot of the instrumental. Im 26 years old, so my tastes lean me toward alot of nu metal, rock, 90′s/00′s riffs. I’d like to also make the point that once again you like what you like, I like what I like. What my parents heard in the 50′s,60′s,70′s,80s, isnt much of what I favor, but some of it i can enjoy, and give credit to those big names that did set milestones. My parents wouldn’t like alot of the scream-o, rar rar rar stuff that for instance is posted here. However, do they go saying the things I read being said here, no. Nothings going to stop people from buying LB cd’s, especially if its from a time in their life where such things started. I got a cousin whos 31, he introduced me to LB in 97, he still listens to them, and nothings gonn astop people like that from listening to them. They will sell albums this summer, it may not be a billboard 100, but that doesnt matter to me. When we talk about alot of originality, i’d say the majority of what I hear today, and surf across on the prp, is not original at all. ALthough, even though its not original some of it still sounds good. So once again we stand on two opposite sides of the spectrum, and thats ok, but we dont live in your world nor in mine. Finally, other dynamics out of our control contribute to the creation and development as well as direction of music, we are at their mercy.

@ Boin. many have “had to do it” before. save the speech bro. we come here to hate (well… I do! mostly ;) that is what a comment board is for. nothing truely important will even be sad here. join the fun. hate a little. or be the new allichs and love some Limp Bizkit. whatever, it’s all cool.

  • will

    ps. welcome aboard.

  • http://twitter.com/jayofdajungle jayofdajungle

Everytime a bizkit news article gets posted you get the haters gonna hate comment (I threw up a little in my mouth a little when I typed that) and the new guy that tries to put us “haters” in our place by talking about record sales, like that means anything. I’m not going to lie and say I didn’t listen to Limp Bizkit. I liked the first album, and hated them the moment I heard “Nookie”. I don’t get the whole Wes Borland worship either. He’s an ok guitarist, but he’s a fucking sell-out, he leaves the band because he hated being in Limp Bizkit, tries to do his own thing, realizes he can’t afford body paint and crazy contact lens’ making Black Light Burns albums, and comes back for the pay day. Most of my hate is directed at Fred though. The lyrics would be hilarious if he was writing them as a joke, but he’s serious, and he has yes men and fucking allichs acting like its the hottest shit ever. That’s enough for now, I need a fucking xanax

  • http://twitter.com/jayofdajungle jayofdajungle

music has become dull and stale and bizkit is back to change it. the reason bizkit went away is because they and the nu-metal genre became dull and stale. You fucking idiots fail to mention they tried to come back already (The Unquestionable Truth) and NOBODY GAVE A FUCK

  • http://twitter.com/jayofdajungle jayofdajungle

leave it to allichs to know what fucking Staind is up to, you got a report on Cold or Coal Chamber too?

  • http://twitter.com/jayofdajungle jayofdajungle

@shnk666 looks like I stole your whole comment, ha ha, that shit is too true though

  • allichs

thanks to Boin for saying something worthwhile in this topic. @jayofdajungle, Coal Chamber will probably never come back, which is a good thing. Cold is releasing their 5th album very soon, but I’ve never been a big fan of them. I love some songs from Year of the Spider though, like The Day Seattle Died.

  • http://www.facebook.com/built.to.grind American_Natemare

    @jay, If only I wasn’t married….

  • insanemusically

I’d rather listen to this snippet on repeat then take part in “The Allstar Tour”.

  • shnk666

HAHAHA!! @ Will – love the comment, bro – so true!

  • Vujaa De

well since we are on nu-metal updates now, after seeing jay’s comment i decided to see what powerman 5000 was up to.. open up your wallets boys this is going to be a good one. “Powerman 5000 are due to appear at the U-Fest in Phoenix, Arizona on April 23rd, 2011 playing alongside Accept, Papa Roach, Drowning Pool, Nonpoint, All That Remains & Hollywood Undead” discuss amongst yourselves.

  • insanemusically

Vujaa De: That sounds like a sick tour… i definitly gotta crack out my baggy pants and eye linner… can’t forget the fishnets… i’m all set for the show.

  • Vujaa De

don’t forget the ball chain necklace and the 5 foot long wallet chain… better yet don’t forget to double up on the wallet chains

  • http://twitter.com/jayofdajungle jayofdajungle

@vujaa dee hilarious, while I admit to liking LB’s first album back in the day, I never liked any of those bands on that tour. I’m pretty sure Papa Roach albums got like 5 stars on theprp a few times, not sure if it was wook who reviewed them, i remember checking out old reviews just a couple weeks ago, can’t remember how I got there though

  • http://twitter.com/jayofdajungle jayofdajungle

@nate if I end up breaking off my engagement and decide I like cock I’ll let you know, ha

  • insanemusically

doubled up on the wallet chain.. actually tripled ,,, that’s the way that goes…. so im definitly set for the show… anything i missed when it comes to dress “a la” nu-metal ???

  • jaytality

if people feel intelligent for not liking limp bizkit, that automatically makes them self important dumb asses. its music not a degree. if ya dont get it dont judge it. or dont pretend you get why limp fans would appreciate limp but to be so smug to act like you are a higher source of intelligence to still be able to shit on bizkit . . . .hhhmmm tastey!

  • robichaud1

Let’s just not use apostrophes anymore, shall we? I mean – lets.

  • jaytality

ps to jayofjungle, will, vaju, white dude, alichs . . its been a while :]
