    • their new stuff is way shorter, they haven’t been doing the lengthy jams since the amputechture tours. the last two albums and the new stuff they’ve been playing have all been quite concise.

Always wanted to make a music video with paper and my lightbox to the portion of the fungus trip I had when I first heard the “Frances the Mute” song. Since it’s a 14:39 song, that’d be 21,096 pages of drawing.. if you use the standard 24 frames per second guideline.

    • so… I’m the commie who is gonna say it. I “dislike” (being nice) Soundgarden. I would watch all 3 mars volta songs (lol), then return to my automobile.

Sorry Will, not in the same automobile on this one. Which is lucky, because if you were my ride back, and you left early, I would be pissed…..

Ah man, “Spoonman” is such a limited example of what Soundgarden is about. Like someone said before, “Badmotorfinger” is definitely worth listening to/appreciating for life. But, if grunge ain’t your thing, then whatever. Soundgarden will have no problem selling out shows without one more fan.

Soundgarden was by far my favorite band back in the early 90′s, and I miss the whole early 90′s “grunge” scene. I actually remember that I was wearing a SG shirt the day they announced they broke up!

Screaming Trees are legit, the most I’ve heard of Mudhoney is from Black Sheep, and even though they aren’t full-blown grunge I love me some Candlebox. The kings, however, are most certainly Stone Temple Pilots.
