The initial lineup has been announced for the inaugural “Heavy T.O.” festival, which will take place at Downsview Park in Toronto, Ontario on July 23rd-July 24th. The following acts have signed up for the event thus far:

Damn, that’s a hell of a line-up. Billy Talent doesn’t fit genre-wise, but they put on a great live show and they’re from the area I believe so I assume everything will be fine.
