The Dillinger Escape Plan Frontman Offers Update On Project With Max Cavalera
Work continues on the forthcoming Nailbomb-themed side project from Soulfly‘s Max Cavalera and The Dillinger Escape Plan‘s Greg Puciato. Speaking on their recent sessions, Puciato offered the following via Twitter:
“Just came back from Phoenix. Max Cav and myself are both in possession of fifteen songs that nobody else has. Dark.”
Cavalera most recently mentioned that extra musicans for the project are being decided upon with a debut album expected to be tracked later this year for a 2012 release.

I don’t understand why Greg is working with Max Cavalera. Maybe if this was the max from 20 years ago. But this…just baffles me…
I doubt Greg owns a time machine, so he’s got to suck it up and use the Max Cavalera from the present.
All I know is I hope Greg taught Max a couple new words.
i hope this turns out as good as This Is War by 30 Seconds To Mars.
@jpmonster90 Naaaa, Greg is just gonna bellow “HAAATE”, “PAAAAAAIN” and “FUUUUUUCK” every coupla seconds I reckon.
Oh, and “BLEEEEEED”!
Yeah this song(s) will definitely have gratuitous use of the word fuck, which could be a good thing.
Max: Suffer….your pain….War….in darkness……Sick…of dis shit…
.
Greg: “HAAATE”….“PAAAAAAIN” and “FUUUUUUCK”…..“BLEEEEEED”!
…….random pig squeal.
