pg.99 To Reunite For “Best Friends Day” Festival
pg.99 will be reuniting for the upcoming “Best Friends Day” festival in Richmond, VA which will take place from August 18th to the 21st. The groups set will see them perform their entire album “document #8“.
Speaking on the bands decision to reunite, guitarist Mike Taylor offered the following:
“After a few reunion offers in recent months, it kind of just got us thinking that it would be fun to play those songs again, and if we were ever going to do it again, that now would be the time… We felt Richmond would be great place to do a reunion because of pg.99‘s early involvement with that area and its punk scene in the late nineties.”

Dig it! Some of the most vicious screamers and spastic jams around. I wish I lived in the South again, I’d plan a road trip for this.

If you are at all intrested in the old school screamo scene, Orchid and pg.99 are good starts. Orchids self-titled album is my all time favorite heavy album. It’s brilliant.
