I would vote for Arise, much more thrash.

Post-Max era: Dante XXI, no question.
Max era: I’m torn between Arise and Chaos A.D.
Derrick era: definitely Dante, though the rest are all great albums and very underrated.
@Viking – I think “all great albums” is a bit of an overstatement. They all have great moments (though not that many on Roorback), but I don’t know about “great albums”. To each their own, of course.
That said, my first Sepultura album was “Against” and I loved it. Still do. Title track’s wicked.
Yeah I see your point, though I guess I made a distinction between Great (classic) and merely great (fun). I’ve always enjoyed all those albums, so there ya go.
