I know that this bands sounds like Soulfly and Sepultura but Ektomorf kicks ass. Good energy.

This band has actually been better at releasing Soulfly-like songs than the actual Soulfly since 2005. Soulfly are much better metal these days, whereas Ektomorf still has the same style. They’re also quite good at writing catchy choruses. Too bad they won’t ever get any credit because of the Max similarity…
I like Ektomorf too. My favorite album of them is ”Destroy”. It really destroyed me back then! So good headbanging band! Ektomorf FTW!
So I dont get it. They couldnt get any amp company to sponsor their generic metal so they shot the video just holding their guitars. You know, if your gonna shoot vids of your band playing in the middle of a field, underwater, or w/e, at least try convince me that your actually there playing. I could tolerate this band cause its better then attack attacks gayness. but not my thing either.
That’s fine if you have similarities to a band, but damn, this is a straight max ripoff in every detail right down to the camo shorts. That’s just too blatant to get passed.
