The Devil Wears Prada have begun streaming their entire new offering “Zombie EP” online via their Myspace. The EP will see a release this coming Tuesday, August 24th, through Ferret Music with vinyl editions planned to surface on September 14th.

Digging the concept and the music. Always happy to listen to a Christian band that doesn’t just piss me off.
KILLER. definitely picking this up on tuesday…. this band is very underrated. People rant & rave about Suicide Silence, Bring Me the Horizon, etc etc (don’t get me wrong, i love both those bands too) but Devil Wears Prada doesn’t get the attention they deserve…
WTF are you talking about, TDWP gets way more attention than those bands. Bring Me the Horizon destroys TDWP in concert, and I’ve seen each band at a Warped Tour and as secondary support within a venue – it’s no contest.
I hate the pre-pube emo vocals. The clean singing ruins it all for me.
true. that’s why I’ve always hated on them (pre-pube emo vocals). but, I like the zombie thing they have going and the fact they have an ugly toothless singer kinda helps. and the heavy parts rip.

overrated band? sure. but they’re at least listenable compared to BMTH & Suicide Silence. This EP is a step in the right direction for them. If they kept doing this sort of thing I might actually pay attention to them.

The zombie thing got me, I’m absolutely obsessed with Night Of The Living Dead type shit. The trailer is awesome, if it were a movie, I’d pay money to see it. Now as far as the music, I want to like it, but there’s just a few things in there that I can’t get over. I don’t know if I have time in my life right now for another band, and unless you can bring me something badass, I might have to pass on it.
