Children Of Bodom Offers Update On New Album Sessions
Children Of Bodom drummer Jaska Raatikainen recently checked in from the ongoing sessions for the bands new album with producer Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed), you can read what he had to say below:
“Ok folks, I´m done with my drum recordings. I need to do couple covers tomorrow morning but that’s always easy and fun. Recordings for me went good and I’m super excited about the new songs. They ARE killer. I’m sure you will love the new material. And yes, there’s gonna be 9 new tracks on the album. That shouldn’t be a suprise… : -) Later I’m gonna add some videos from recording my drums.

Children of Boredom…It even bores me reading about them.
How is this band boring? Their music is loaded with colorful melodies, smashing rhythms, and some of the best guitar/keyboard solos offered in today’s music. they are the best metal band in the world IMO.
@EL ROV – agreed. Everyone’s entitled to his preferences, but CoB BORING? That I cannot remotely fathom. Perhaps it’s too far above my dumb ass to understand, and someday I’ll grasp the scientific proof of Children Of Bodom’s tedium and finally see the light. Until then, I’ll remain “In The Shadows.” Feel free to “Hate Me,” BOM!!!
