I think a special board should be established that all band names need to be ok’ed through before said band can release an album. Miss May I? For fucks sake…

  • allichs

dont judge a book by its cover, blahblahblah

  • Vautour

@booze: Definitely, yeah! And while you’re at it, you should ban retarded names such as Metallica (uber-gay!), The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Pantera (see Metallica), Celtic Frost (what is that even supposed to mean?), GWAR (WTF?) and crap like that.
I just hope you’ll be able to prevent those jerks from releasing an album, let alone more than one. Or even get famous, I mean, WTF? Who would seriously buy crap like that?

The Beatles and Celtic Frost are pretty terrible names. I’d like to add Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Actually… all of you are wrong. All the mentioned bands have names that are just fine. Celtic Frost is a great name. And I actually checked out the band “Miss May I” to spare them if they were good, but they turned out to be about as generic as bands get. So no mercy. They should have named themselves Christchoker. Then I could take them seriously.
