@ anti-dentite bastard, mind-blowing in what way, I hope you mean mind-blowing in how they ruined one of the most beautiful instrumentals ever written with that “butterfly” bullshit, and please tell me that the people defending this band realize that there only hit was a Chili Peppers instrumental name “Pretty Little Ditty” that they added, and I use the term loosely, lyrics to.

I went to Ozzfest 2001 when I was in high school. These guys were in so many words told to leave by the crowd. In the middle of all boo’ing, someone in Crazy Town told us all how they were fucking all of our girlfriends. They were such good sports.

Fuck yeah it’s about time CXT came back. If their music could kill people I’d play it everywhere I go. Crazy Town was the guiltiest of all pleasures when I was a freshman back in 2000. I can understand why people hate them but I can’t understand why people would sit on here and waste their time explaining it.I couldn’t help but get into them when I was 14. It didn’t matter anyway cause I listened to everything then and I listen to everything now. Black Clouds is the best song by them hands down mainly cause Jay Gordon is in it.

They should just put out a new album cause at least in the studio they wont get booed out of it.

I’m a little worried about that band Taintstick though that just sounds horrible.

saw them @ Ozzfest ’02 (or ’01 maybe, can’t remember) @ Blossom in Cleveland, Ohio…. as i recall they played like 2 songs and then got booed off stage, told the entire crowd they didnt know what real music was, and stormed off with middle fingers in the air…. IT. WAS. HILARIOUS. one of the worst bands EVER.

@glasspsyche, was that in MA? becuase i recall something like that as well but i may be getting it mixed up with Papa Roach which followed crazy town and the same thing happened, the singer was shitting on the crowd becuase no one was standing for them. and then linkin park followed them and they were just as bad

difficult task, it’s still not easy to decide on 10 albums. and they are definitely not the top albums of all time, but my personal choice.
      Toxicity
      White Pony
      The Fake Sound of Progress
Porcelain (by a german band called Emil Bulls)
      Archetype
      Alive or Just Breathing
      The Oncoming Storm
      The Price of Existence
      Through the Ashes of Empires
      The Impossibility of Reason
      Sacrament
      The Funeral of God
      Miss Machine
The End of All Things to Come
      Wonder What’s Next
      O’ God, The Aftermath
      A Snow Capper Romance
      You Fail Me
      Cover Your Tracks
i think i have to stop here now, lulz. my favorite years in music are they early 00′s and nothing will ever change that. thank you for your interest in my taste.

Ouch. At least for Shifty Shellshock this is good news because I’m pretty sure I saw him carrying a loaf of bread at a homeless rescue in Hollywood not too long ago. True story.

Manowar is the only band allowed to say their band’s name during a song. Both Crazy Town and Limp Bizkit need to understand this, and stay faded away in non-existence, none of this ‘comeback’ shit.

@jay & allichs – I’m not sure why I got a top 19 when I said top 3… heh. It’s supposed to be a difficult answer! That said, I was expecting allichs’ list to look a bit more like jay’s, no offense. I have to say I don’t recognize at least half the titles, al. But no need to clarify. @jay – I have to say I have a couple of those on the list… if you can guess which, I’ll kick you in the shin.

Almost forgot – Crazy Town ssssssssuckssssssss!

What’s with the name crazy town anyway? it’s like don’t go to crazy town it’s ca-raaaaazy. I guess a town consisting of a Fred Durst-ish junkie would have to be reasonably crazy. I would have loved to have been there when they came up with the name, “Well the name talent-less fucking losers is taken, how bout crazy town?” I’m trying to help with the 100 post but it’s losing steam
