Lineup Announced For This Years “Thrash And Burn Tour”
The lineup has been revealed for this years “Thrash And Burn Tour“. The trek will be co-headlined by Asking Alexandria and Born Of Osiris with Kittie, Stick To Your Guns, Impending Doom, Through The Eyes Of The Dead (first half of the tour), Evergreen Terrace (second half of the tour), Greeley Estates, Periphery, Motionless In White and The Chelsea Grin rounding out the bill.
The trek will kick off on July 16th and run through to August 15th with dates set to be announced this coming Friday, May 28th. For now, more details can be found at the tours Myspace.

Born of Osiris is decent, but yeah…pretty terrible…I wouldn’t go for free.
BOO was decent (past tense). Only interesting bands on the tour are Periphery and Evergreen Terrace (Evergreen Terrace for nostalgia’s sake)
I’m a fan of Asking Alexandria and Stick To Your Guns, but I don’t listen to any of the others. Though I did grab the ET track on Rock Band.

It’s a pretty sad day when your band that’s been around 14 years is playing behind two bands whose combined years of experience doesn’t even come close.
the guy who runs the tour also runs sumerian records, which is why there are 4 sumerian bands on the roster. this probably won’t even come to nor cal, which it didn’t last year.
Oh lord horrid line up. If the promoters were smart they would trash and, burn this tour.
i love heavy music but there is a lot of shit & kittie on this bill. seems like in all heavy tunes these days there is more shit out there than just passionate bands.
however, EVERGREEN TERRACE RULE!!!
Periphery and Through The Eyes Of The Dead are the only bands worth seeing, wouldn’t spend more than 10 bucks and the venue would have to let me smoke weed inside to tolerate the remainder

Asking Alexandria is an English Metalcore band from Los Angeles California but they formed in 2008 in York,North Yorkshire, England what in the hell.
there’s only 4 or 3 bands I’d see on there it’s not even worth it
Perhaps I’m being too literal, but shouldn’t you have to actually be a Thrash band, or something approximating one, to participate in a tour called “Thrash and Burn?” Just saying. I don’t know too many of these bands, so forgive my ignorance if I’m wrong, but somehow I doubt too many of these guys are really Thrash.
It almost seems that promoters are being blatently shameless about getting the cheapest, shittiest scene bands and the bands that are STILL trying to unsucessfully keep their heads above water together just to get someones 20 bucks…
