Alice In Chains, Deftones And Mastodon Fall Tour Officially Announced
Initial dates have been announced for the “BlackDiamondSkye Tour” which will officially feature Alice In Chains, Deftones and Mastodon. The schedule thus far can be found below, while Alice In Chains guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell offered the following on the trek:
“We’re really looking forward to touring with our friends, Deftones and Mastodon. Each band has its own unique flavor and the combination of all three will make for a great show and a good time on the road.”

Wow, AIC headlining? There needs to be a reality show backstage in order to document the inevitable clusterfuck that will be AIC’s tour manager realizing half the venue duckin out after the ‘tones’ set isn’t just a “one time thing.”

TONES are as boring as shit that is why che in a coma from pussy music to long. chains are way better live. true haven’t seen the new singer yet live, but fuck tones over chains. mastodon is only band that can compete with chain on that your.

I doubt anybody will “duck out” during AIC, they are awesome and I’m sure all 3 bands dig eachothers music and are laughing at people posting who is better. They are all great bands and this show is going to rock the fuck out. Peace.
I’d certainly see the Deftones, but I’m not a big fan at all. The current AIC line-up is very legit live, they put on a great show.
