Killswitch Engage have tapped Silverstein and The Acacia Strain to open for them on a handful of their upcoming May dates. The shows will mark the return of vocalist Howard Jones to the group and run as follows:

The Acacia Strain = awesome and totally makes sense
Silverstein = someone is smoking pole…WTF!
I don’t see the appeal of The Acacia Strain. I tried listening to them again yesterday…..not much going on there at all. I do like how some of their song titles are references to Half Life 2 though!
Once again, they would like to be referred to as ‘the focaccia strain’, due to their recent love of the herb cooked bread.
Hehehe….Focaccia bread! That’s so 1990s…It’s all about Turkish these days, right. The Turkish Strain? Not nearly as amusing though.
I’m sure we’ll find some way to drop Turkish into a shitty bands name. I’ll keep an eye out for ya Surly!
