Hum are planning to reunite for a May 31st show at Millennium Park in Chicago, IL. In other news, a new tribute effort to the band is currently in the works with more details on it to be revealed soon.

its probably sold out already. every time their reunion shows get announced they sell out almost immediately. I would love to see them live just once. youtube clips are all fine and good but…. you know

Yes, they should make it a permanent reunion. Guessing they all have families now and whatnot. This band is/was totally amazing. I saw them on their last tour with Swervedriver and it was unreal!
I’m not really getting the correlation between Hum and the prp. I respect who they are, but are we going to start getting updates on Marcy Playground and Better Than Ezra too?
Hum has quite a bit more cred then Marcy Playground. I suggest a listen to Downward is Heavenward. A nice alternitive to the “alternitive” sound of the 90s
I agree. And if you’ve followed this site since the beginning, the music genres covered have changed too. I remember when it was nothing but rapcore groups. Pimp Rock Palace? Remember that? Hahaha. I would have changed the name to The PRP too.
