I took a chance on this CD and holy smokes I'm up to date with their musical treats. "Crack the Skye" is one of the monumental albums that you couldn't imagine it never having existed before. This is pretty much as close to a perfect album as you can get. "Blood Mountain" was the brutal climb up, and "Crack the Skye" is having reached the top. Can't wait to see if they fly from here, or drop like a fuckin' rock... I'm gonna go with fly. One of the, if not THE, best albums of the year, no question.
